Just Don
Just Don is a luxury sportswear brand created by designer Don C., known for blending fashion, sports, hip hop, and art into a distinctive style. The brand embodies a mix of cultural influences, offering premium products with a unique edge. 
The client approached us seeking a sustainable e-commerce packaging solution for a gift box. He provided the logo, brand colors, and an initial concept. After thoroughly discussing the brief and understanding the brand’s vision, we developed a rigid paper box solution that was not only functional but also visually striking—something customers would want to keep and reuse.
Inspired by the fusion of sports and music central to the Just Don brand, we designed a boombox-style box, creating a packaging experience that would immerse customers in the brand's lifestyle. The design was carefully tailored to evoke a sense of nostalgia and energy, aligning with the cultural themes of the brand. Two box sizes were created to accommodate various garment types while maintaining the same design language.
The rigid paper material was selected to ensure durability, as the boxes needed to carry heavy, premium garments. This material also fit the project’s sustainable goals, as it is both recyclable and long-lasting. By designing packaging that people would be inclined to keep at home or repurpose, we reinforced the sustainability aspect while creating a memorable unboxing experience.
The design incorporated bold elements inspired by the brand’s logo and colors, which the client provided, seamlessly blending them into the boombox aesthetic. Inserts and dividers were designed to protect the garments during transit while complementing the overall look. To complete the package, custom thank-you cards were included, offering a premium and personalized touch for customers.
The result was a beautifully designed packaging solution that exceeded expectations. The boombox-style boxes became a key part of the brand’s storytelling, creating an elevated unboxing experience for clients who expect luxury and uniqueness. This thoughtful design not only enhanced the customer experience but also reinforced the brand’s commitment to sustainability and cultural connection.
